All personal information that we collect about you will be recorded, used, and protected by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and this privacy policy. Third Party Service Providers: In some instances we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, fulfil our obligations. Examples of such activity include property management, including Accounting, Arrears Control, Administration, Building Maintenance, Insurance. We may monitor or record telephone calls for security purposes and to improve the quality of services that we provide to you. Please note that for your safety and security, CCTV is in operation in some of our premises which are open to the public. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
