One of our smaller developments in what use to be part of our plant yard behind our offices when first established in 1924.

This scheme consists of just 4 self contained apartments in a traditionally constructed building with brick and block external and party walls under a tiled trussed roof. From the road frontage, the building looks like a large detached house, flat 1 has it's own front door as can be seen in the above photograph. The main entrance to the other 3 flats is on the side off the garden area.

The development is currently in the last stages of construction.
